The Ha Noi People’s Committee, BRG Group and Japan’s Sumitomo Corporation inked a cooperation agreement on developing Nhat Tan-Noi Bai urban project with a total investment of more than US$4 billion.
The deal was inked on June 5 in Tokyo during PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc’s official visit to Japan.
Total construction area of the project covers 2,080 hectares, aiming to develop the most modern smart city of Southeast Asia in the north of Ha Noi.
It is expected to create a force to promote urban development in the north of the Red River and contribute to the city’s socio-economic development.
