The Viet Nam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) has upgraded the tourism promotion website  vietnamtourism.comand special page “tourism destination” in English version.

This is part of activities to enhance tourism e-marketing and welcome the 57th founding anniversary of the tourism sector (July 9).

The new interfaces in computers and mobile devices are expected to provide information and images on tourism sites in seven regions and five special tourism types in Viet Nam.

In addition, the website will update tourism events, festivals around the year, lists of hotels and tourism agencies, tours and heritage sites in Viet Nam.

The website provides information and images of tourism destinations across the nation.

The website was launched by the VNAT in December 1997 and is now available in seven languages, namely Vietnamese, English, French, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Russian.

An Online Tourism Day will be launched in Ho Chi Minh City by VNAT and the Vietnam E-commerce Association (VECOM)./.
