During a working visit to the Ministry of Economy , Trade and Industry ( METI ) , delegation , including Mr. Ngo Quy Vietnam – Director – Team Leader , Mr. Vu Van Hong – Deputy Director of International Cooperation Mr. Pho Duc Son – Institute of Quality Standards and Dang Tuan Hung – Deputy Director of the Technical Centre for Standards and Quality 1 has signed a cooperation agreement ” Memorandum of cooperation ( MoC ) between Japanese Industrial standards Committee ( JISC ) and the Directorate for standards , Metrology and Quality ( STAMEQ ) ” to strengthen cooperation in the fields of standardization and conformity assessment on the basis of equality and mutual benefit both parties .
At the Ministry of Economy , Trade and Industry Corporation Commission held talks with the Japanese Industrial Standards ( JISC ) under METI Yoko by Mr. Yasunaga – Secretary of JISC as chief . The two sides exchanged focus on the areas where the two parties concerned , the two sides agreed and appreciated the cooperation results in the past and expected in the future .
Dr. Ngo Quy Vietnam STAMEQ behalf and on behalf of JISC Yasunaga Yoko he signed MoC with the presence of members of the two delegations STAMEQ and JISC in the atmosphere of friendship, cooperation and cordial . Speaking at the signing ceremony , Mr. Yoko Yasunaga highly cooperative relationship between Japan and Vietnam . He said that this is a very special relationship , the MoC is that the JISC first signed in the ASEAN countries , it would be his desire to Japanese models will sign with other ASEAN countries in the future in this field .
