3084/QD-BVHTTDL Decision 09/9 of the Ministry of Culture, announced the list of intangible cultural heritage to national (Series 3) with the traditional type of festival, folk art performances, crafts the tradition.
Accordingly, the list of intangible cultural heritage to national (phase 3), including 05 cultural heritage intangible, namely:
Vinh Nghiem Pagoda Festival, Tri Yen Commune, Yen Dung District, Bac Giang Province;
The festival covered, Kim Thai commune, Vu Ban district, Nam Dinh province;
He Nghinh Festival, Can Gio District, Ho Chi Minh City;
Singing baits, replace Thang Binh district, Duy Xuyen, Dien Ban District, the city of Tam Ky and Hoi An, Quang Nam;
Weaving mats, Dinh Yen Commune, Dinh An Commune, Lap Vo district, Dong Thap province.
The decision stated that the Chairman of the level where the intangible cultural heritage can be included in the list of intangible cultural heritage to national (phase 3), within the scope of duties and powers, to the management of state intangible cultural heritage be prescribed by law on cultural heritage.
